6 Session course introducing you to basic cooking skills. Ideal for young adults about to leave home.

A little theory and lots of PRACTICAL!!

Topics covered include Setting up a kitchen, Basic culinary terminology, How to avoid food poisoning, Understanding a recipe, Cooking on a budget…..

Practical includes making: Lasagne, French onion tart, Apple tart tatin, Thai chicken curry, Mixed Vegetable curry, Houmous, Mezze, Chocolate Roulade, Cheesecake, Bread, Risotto, Chilli, Pasta sauces.
